The AT25160 is the SPI Serial EEPROM which provides 8192/16384/32768/65536 bits of serial electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 2048 words of 8 bits each. The AT25160 is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation.
